Orders placed before 10 AM CET on a business day (excluding holidays) will be processed the same day. Orders placed after 10 AM CET will be processed on the next business day. During holidays, special promotions, or sales events, processing times may be extended.
We use DHL Express to ensure fast and reliable delivery of your Inner Tiger pieces.
European Union (EU): €15 (no extra taxes or duties apply).
United Kingdom (UK): €20 (we cover any import taxes or duties for you).
Rest of the World: €35 (customs duties and taxes are determined by local regulations and are the customer’s responsibility).
Free Shipping: Orders over €300 qualify for free shipping (where applicable).
DHL Express typically delivers within 1–3 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or unforeseen delays.
Yes, we ship worldwide. However, customers outside the EU and UK are responsible for any customs duties or taxes imposed by their local authorities.
If your order includes items with different availability dates or ships from different locations, we may send multiple shipments. You will receive separate shipping confirmation emails for each shipment.
Yes, you can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the items are in their original condition—unused, unwashed, unworn, and with all original tags and packaging intact.

Free returns: If the return is due to our error (wrong item, stains, manufacturing defects), we will cover the return shipping cost.
Standard returns: A €25 return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs.

You will receive detailed return shipping instructions and a return label.
Securely package the item(s) and include a copy of your packing slip.
Ship your return within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued to your original payment method (minus the €25 return fee, if applicable).
Yes, we offer exchanges for the same product in a different size or color. If an exchange is not possible, you can opt for a return (subject to the €25 return fee).

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods available at checkout.
Yes, VAT is included for EU orders. For UK orders, Inner Tiger covers any applicable customs duties.
Orders can be canceled or modified before shipment by contacting support@inner-tiger.com. Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or changed, but you can return it once received.
