We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every Inner Tiger purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.

Eligibility & Guidelines

  • Return Window: Initiate your return within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Product Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition—unused, unwashed, unworn, with all original tags and packaging intact. Returns that do not meet these criteria may affect your refund.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Merchandise marked as final sale, customized/personalized items, and custom-made products are non-refundable.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Return Reasons & Applicable Fees

  • Size Exchanges – Free of Charge: If you need to exchange an item for a different size, the exchange is completely free of charge, and we will cover the cost of return shipping. Only full returns are subject to a fee.

  • Free Returns: If you return an item due to our error (e.g., wrong size, stains, or manufacturing defects), we will process your refund free of charge. The refund will be issued directly to your original payment method.

  • Standard Returns: For returns initiated for any reason other than our error, a €25 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. This fee applies to all returns regardless of the destination.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Contact Our Returns Team: Email us at returns@inner-tiger.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return shipping instructions and any required return labels.

  • Prepare Your Package: Securely package the item(s) in the original packaging, include a copy of your packing slip, and ensure that all tags remain attached.

  • Ship Your Return: Please ship your return within 7 days of receiving your return instructions. Returns not shipped within this timeframe may be canceled.

Processing Your Return

  • Inspection & Approval: Once your return is received at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet our return criteria.

  • Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days and issued directly to your original payment method, with the €25 return fee deducted where applicable.

  • Return Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

  • Exchange Requests: We offer exchanges for items of the same product in a different size or color. To request an exchange, please contact us at returns@inner-tiger.com.

  • Exchange Process: Exchanges are subject to the same eligibility conditions as returns. However, size exchanges are always free of charge, and return shipping is covered by us.

Additional Information

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive an item that is defective or not as described, please contact our returns team immediately so we can resolve the issue without any return fee.

  • Communication: Please ensure that all returns are initiated via email to returns@inner-tiger.com and include your order details for prompt assistance.

  • Legal Compliance: Our return policy complies with applicable EU consumer laws. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after deducting the return cost fee, where applicable.
