2. Orders and Pricing

  • Order Confirmation: All orders are subject to acceptance. An email confirmation will be sent upon order placement.
  • Pricing: Prices are displayed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.
  • Payment: Payment must be completed at checkout using accepted methods. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at our discretion.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • EU Deliveries: VAT and applicable taxes are included in the price.
  • UK Deliveries: Customs clearance is handled by Regit Renni OÜ. No additional charges apply to the customer.
  • Worldwide Deliveries: Customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes in their destination country.
  • Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout and depend on the destination. Delays caused by customs are beyond our control.
  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: We are not liable for lost or delayed shipments due to couriers, customs, or force majeure events.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are paid by the consumer unless otherwise stated.

4. Returns and Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days if unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds will be issued within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as undergarments or customized products, are non-returnable.
  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
  • Condition of Returns: We may refuse returns if items show signs of use or damage.

5. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting support@inner-tiger.com. Once processing has begun, cancellation is not possible. Shipped orders must follow the Returns Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

6. Force Majeure

Regit Renni OÜ is not liable for delays or failure to deliver due to events outside our control, including natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or transportation disruptions.
